Important Information

Overtime requests should be created for documents to be submitted for approval after 17:30 on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Approval processes on weekends and public holidays will start at 11:00. Documents should not be sent to the system without filling in the MEDOS Additional Service Request Form.

In case of changes after overtime requests are created, information should be sent to disticaret@btso.org.tr.
