In case the Customs Broker obtains the document on behalf of the company:
Download the application form via the link. Only the exporter company's stamp and signature should be on the form. The form, along with the customs broker's power of attorney, must be submitted to the Directorate of Foreign Trade.
In case the Customs Broker obtains the Simplified Procedure A.TR Circulation Certificate on behalf of the company:
Only the exporter company's stamp and signature should be on the form. The form, along with the customs broker's power of attorney and the company's OKS/YYS certificate, must be submitted to the Directorate of Foreign Trade.
